If you have found my site you may be seeking help from some difficulties causing you confusion or maybe emotional pain. If so, you're in the right place! As a compassionate non-judgmental clinician we can work together to identify the difficult issues you need to resolve. My practice offers a comfortable, calm and private environment in order to help support you in our work together. I generally work with adult individuals on many issues such as Anxiety, Grief Loss, Depression, Life Transitions, OCD and PTSD to name a few. I have advanced training in the treatment of OCD. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR.
Treatment models of focus are CBT, ERP, ACT, Psychodynamic, Experiential, DBT, Relaxation Training, Reality testing, and others that may be chosen to suit your specific treatment needs. For those who may benefit from psychopharmacology, I refer to local providers in the community.
My practice is based on empirically supported treatments for a wide range of psychotherapeutic needs.
