As a Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, families and couples. I work with people struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, and Relationship conflict.
My goal is to help people identify what is working for them and what is not, to use what they know and to learn new tools to make gains and feel better.
My approach focuses on identifying problem areas and learning to use new skills. Therapy is solution focused and can be brief or long-term, depending on the problem areas or personal goals.
Often people are unsure about beginning therapy. Anxiety, Depression and other areas of conflict can leave us unproductive and unhappy. Feel free to call or e-mail me to get started on a better future.
