Practice Description: |
I understand how important emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health are for each of us, and I am dedicated to the process and journey to see that this is accomplished to the best of my abilities. I have been a practicing therapist for over 20 years, and I have assisted people with the improvements of their overall health.
I work with Children, Adolescents, and Adults, in many capacities, and my past experiences with my clientele, has been one of success, in which I have developed healthy and long lasting relationships.
I have a breadth of training and experience, and it serves me well with helping people. I am well versed in therapies such as cognitive-behavioral, behavioral, psychodynamic, psychoanalytical, family systems, interpersonal, reality, and hypnosis, just to identify a few. I am very ethical and promote the highest of professional standards.
I am a caring and thorough therapist, with a significant amount of compassion, but my style is somewhat straight-forward, and I tend to tell it like I see it, in hope to help people move forward in a positive, but short term way.
