Mariah Milne has a Master of Social Work Degree with an emphasis in Adult Mental Health and a Bachelor of Social Work Degree, both from Metropolitan State University. She received her graduate degree in 2014 and is a Licensed Professional Social Worker. Mariah uses techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Psychology, Exposure Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).
She has been involved in helping and supporting individuals and families for almost a decade. She has known her whole life that helping others is what she wants to do and has vigorously pursued this passion to be where she is today. Mariah has extensive experience working with adult mental health issues as well as a variety of addictions. She is trained in trauma work and helping individuals fulfill their highest potential.
