My own story begins with being raised by a single mother who struggled with untreated mental health challenges and was later diagnosed with schizophrenia. Becoming a psychotherapist was no accident. Witnessing my mother’s experiences, combined with my personal journey and the support of mentors, helped me develop resilience and a deep passion for understanding and addressing mental health issues.
I work hard to build trust and create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to come as they are, and together, take steps towards health and recovery.
