As a Doctoral Clinical Psychologist, my therapeutic style is to provide a confidential and empathic relationship where you feel understood and supported to address the difficult and challenging areas of your life. Therapy is really about discovering more about who you are and learning to care for yourself differently. As you learn more about you, caring for you, you may begin to be able to make the changes in your life that have felt to be impossible.
If you are reading this right now, most likely some aspect of your life is feeling overwhelming and stressful. During these times, trying to support yourself is difficult. Others around you may also not really know what to do. This is why it is very important to reach out for professional care to support you in trying to understand areas of your life that seem so confusing and tiring. You don't have to go it alone!
As your therapist, my role is to provide a therapeutic relationship where you feel respected and supported to make the changes you want. My style is to provide treatment based on your life story, not just a diagnosis or a quick fix.
