Practice Description: |
"They say that time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself".-Andy Warhol Life is hard and our thoughts sometimes make it harder. We all overthink sometimes and it brings us down but there are ways to stop over thinking and just BE and enjoy life more. With the right skills, anxiety disorders and depressive disorders can be more manageable and those big life events that throw us off course can be worked through. Therapy can be hard work but with compassion and the right tools, I can help you feel better. I have experience working with a variety of people, including those dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, schizoaffective disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, dissociative disorders and dually diagnosed people. My passion is treating people who have experienced trauma. Trauma can effect every part of your life, making you feel hopeless and helpless. I love to help people get their lives back to where they want to be. I am currently accepting new adult and adolescent online clients (13 and up) and I do have some limited space for in person clients (12 and up)
