Welcome to my counseling practice! As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida, I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome their personal challenges and lead a fulfilling life. With a specialty in treating eating disorders, anxiety, and self-esteem issues, I offer a supportive and safe environment for my clients to explore their inner selves and discover the strengths and qualities that make them unique.
My practice has been serving the community for over six years, during which I have helped numerous individuals break free from their emotional struggles and achieve mental wellness. I strongly believe that every individual is unique and deserving of love, respect, and acceptance, which is why I adopt a personalized approach to every session. I am committed to helping each of my clients unlock their true potential, identify their passions and interests, and build a fulfilling life that they are proud of.
Before establishing my private practice, I spent time working at a partial residential treatment center for eating disorders. This experience has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to offer specialized and effective care for individuals who are battling with disordered eating habits. Through a combination of evidence-based interventions, compassionate counseling, and client-centered approaches, I work alongside my clients to support their journey towards full recovery.
