I'm a clinical health psychologist that tries to connect people with the values they care about and help them manage the parts of life that cause them stress and get in the way of what they care about. A clinical health psychologist has specialized training in how our physical and mental health interact and can make each other better or worse. I want to do what I can to support you and get you closer to your health goals. I know how confusing and stressful even the process of seeking a therapist can be and am always available to talk about the process and if we're a good fit.
