I work with a multitude of issues and problems that relate to couples, anxiety, depression and problems with all levels of anger. I also work with addictions including eating disorders. My approach can help you work through unconscious conflict (repeating the same patterns again and again without knowing why) as well as compulsive disorders such as drinking, drug abuse and mental obsessing. I am supportive and reality based while I can always find humor in the worst and best of times.
As an Individual and Group Therapist, I diagnose the problem and set the means for resolution. I can help you to simplify extremely complicated symptoms, problems and personality issues thus making it apparent what needs to be done for complete relief. Nothing mysterious and open-ended.
I also specialize in addictive, "Bad Relationships" that seem impossible to change. Many of my Single clients eventually get married and have healthy relationships. I have also been instrumental in preventing divorce.
