Practice Description: |
I work with individuals, couples, families, and children. I specialize in addiction, eating disorders, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, family conflict and grief. My greatest intention is to help clients understand themselves better and improve their quality of life and relationships. I cater my approach to each client, responding to their own unique problems and personality style. This is not a "one-size-fits-all" practice.
People are not always aware of why they are feeling distressed, behaving in certain ways or repeating patterns. By providing a safe and thoughtful environment, clients and I collaborate to develop a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors and to identify underlying issues that may be interfering with their quality of life.
We all live together in the same society, but the complex factors that affect each of us create challenges that make it hard to lead happy, satisfying lives. Learning how to access our inner strength is something each of us is capable of and this empowerment is the key to resolving confusion, pain & suffering.
It is my deepest hope that all people are given the space and opportunity to reach their highest potential; sometimes we need a little help and guidance on that journey and I am here to offer that support. I have a genuine interest in watching all of my clients grow into the best version of themselves.
