| Practice Description: |
I provide ongoing, highly cohesive, DBT informed groups for a range of different demographics. Most of my clients are educated professional women and include mothers, married persons, and single persons, and some don't have children. I also see men and may include a mixed gender group; and have offered groups that are LGBQT friendly. I also see individuals and help clients manage and regulate intense emotions, make sense of feelings, act and behave with self respect, enhance connection and intimacy, and use groups to "ask your community" and rely on giving and receiving feedback. I have extensive training in DBT and ACT.
