I offer what I call Creative Counseling for stress/anxiety, depression, pain management where I offer a holistic integrative approach with evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/Solution Focused approaches along with custom sound healing sessions with calming/uplifting music I compose and perform personalized for you during the session live on the piano. I specialize in pain management . Music healing/therapy is only if you should choose to integrate the approach into your therapy treatment. Music therapy is also utilized in pain management and is particularly effective in managing pain. Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on anxiety or depression and how to solve what your concerns are with strategies which work to help you to feel better. I believe in transformation and healing a person to become who they are authentically and empowered in the world. I have a passion to help with 25+ years experience. The personalized music on the piano during your session, just for you can::

During the session we will discuss what you are experiencing and offer ideas to live a happy life. I offer a free 15 minute consultation as well to discuss your concerns and for you to learn more about what I do.
I use an intuitive process to tap into who you are and call them Music Portraits. A Music Portrait is a live personalized music composition which is healing.
