My passion as a therapist is to aid people in aligning the lives they are living with the path of the soul. Helping individuals find a way to access deeper levels of awareness, I use such methods as Focusing, Dream work, Mindfulness, CBT, and even such body work as Qi Gong and Tai Chi. Anxiety and Depression are often the result of our inability to hear the deeper yearnings of the Self awaiting to be actualized, and through various techniques and an attention to ones story, we begin to explore new ways to live life with more passion, meaning and purpose.
