A warm, caring, and supportive therapist who applies training, broad therapeutic experience, and the wisdom of life experience to help clients restructure their thinking and their life to move ahead to a more positive place. My training and experience as a school psychologist helps me provide evaluation for ADHD and learning problems as well as therapy for children and adolescents. I build a strong relationship with each child or adolescent to help them with educational and developmental problems. For adults, I provide therapy for depression, anxiety, relationship issues, occupational issues, and general life issues. Training and experience in therapy help me understand where you are and life experience allows me to help you find where you want to be. I will challenge you when you are headed in the wrong direction, guide you when you are looking for the right path, and encourage you when you find it. For couples, I provide marital therapy with the goals of improving communication, dissolving resentments, and strengthening the relationship.
I look for strengths to overcome weaknesses, caring to overcome despair, and hope to overcome fear. Life is about growth and my therapy is about nurturing and supporting that growth...
