I work as a counselor or "talk therapist" serving clients in Newport Beach and Long Beach, California and the surrounding area. Additionally, I provide art therapy and surf therapy to clients who are interested in exploring more holistic channels for growth.
My clients consist of individual adults, couples and groups seeking help with anxiety, stress, relationship conflict, communication issues, grief, repetitive undesired patterns, and depressive symptoms. Together, we identify and implement tools and strategies for growth and change. My ideal clients are people who are ready to put in the work to grow and to begin embodying the life they want to lead. Through our work together, I'll be right beside you, listening to you, seeing you, clarifying with you and compassionately challenging you to get where you want to go. I create a non-judgmental, relaxed yet transformative space for growth.
I genuinely enjoy helping people and believe this is what I am meant to do. My aim is to help clients find and implement new, desired ways of navigating, behaving, framing, and operating their lives. I encourage them to live more fulfilling lives and I believe, with some work, it is possible to achieve.
