Hello, my name is Vanessa, and I'm so glad you're looking for support. I know that navigating the mental health system and finding a provider who is a good fit can be challenging. I have been in practice since 2009 and love coming alongside individuals as they navigate the difficult circumstances of life. I am a Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 2 trained clinician, and my practice focuses on integrating the body, emotions, and brain as a way to bring deep relief to clients. I am especially passionate about working with people who feel marginalized and "on the fringes of life." I love working with LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as those struggling with body shame, the stigma and pain of divorce, singleness, and those wanting a space to process religious trauma. I am also passionate about working with other therapists, as I believe we also need our own safe spaces to process our own journeys. I am a clinical supervisor and enjoy consulting and supervising as well.
