Since the start of the pandemic my practice has switched to remote teletherapy. I have found that this form of therapy is just as effective as in-person and is more convenient for clients since they no longer have to take time to travel to/from an office location and it improves accessibility.
Session Formats: Individuals
Practice Description: My guiding principle is to provide empathetic, down-to-earth, and relatable therapy services to my clients. I understand that seeking therapy can often feel like an obligation or a daunting task, but I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable, supported, and even excited about the therapeutic process.

I am a dedicated therapist who takes pride in building genuine connections with clients. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for successful outcomes. My empathetic approach ensures that you feel truly heard, validated, and understood. I want you to know that I am here to accompany you every step of the way, providing a safe space for exploration and growth.

One aspect that sets me apart from other therapists is my commitment to making therapy a positive and enjoyable experience. I understand that mental health work can be challenging, but firmly believe that incorporating elements of fun and creativity can enhance the therapeutic process. By infusing humor, interactive exercises, and personalized activities into our sessions.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of witnessing significant transformations in individuals who never thought they would be able to change their mindset. It is truly inspiring to see people discover their inner strength, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and embrace positive change. I am deeply committed to identifying and addressing the underlying issues that led you to seek out a clinician in the first place. Together, we will explore the root causes of your concerns and work collaboratively to develop tailored strategies that promote lasting positive change.

I want to ensure that the client is benefiting from therapy in a meaningful way. I regularly assess and reevaluate our treatment plans to ensure they align with your evolving needs and desired outcomes. Your well-being and progress are my top priorities, and will always go the extra mile to support your journey towards a healthier and happier life.

I invite you to take the next step and schedule an initial consultation to discuss your specific concerns and goals. This meeting will give us the opportunity to get to know each other better, address any questions or concerns you may have, and determine if I am the right fit for your therapeutic needs.
