First and foremost, we are all human. As humans, we are upon a trip, one that we are often times seemingly in control of--while at other moments, it seems that things are out of control and we have become lost; upon a destination unwanted and unbeknownst to our-selves. We then stand in awe and ask; how could this be, how did I get here. Part of my job as a therapist is to explore where you have been, where you are and where you want to be--where did things go wrong and how can we get back on the right track. Through the forming of a collaborative environment we can explore this together, righting the tracks so as to assist you, the client, in a successful completion of your journey.
