Be Well specializes in trauma and PTSD. We are EMDR trained. We are trained in DBT and Mindfulness based therapies. We have several clinicians available to meet your unique needs. We can assist with various circumstances including life transitions, trauma, PTSD, depression, grief & loss, multicultural concerns, spirituality and existential concerns, & personality disorders. We also have experience with issues related to donor-assisted reproduction/donor conception and donor families. We provide a safe and supportive environment, collaborating with you to reach customized goals to help you reclaim your personal power to be well and live well.
