Was growing up sometimes or a lot of times difficult? Have you tried varied ways to fix things, to feel better? Career, relationships, alcohol or other drugs? Ready to try something different, another way? Or, if you have already begun, are you feeling blocked? Maybe it is time to try to go deeper. Yes, recovery is work! But healing and beginning to have a happier life are waiting for you. In a gentle and forgiving way we would look at what seems to be a problem today and begin to walk a different path. My practice is affirming and experienced in diversity, be it race, ethnicity, age, or LGBTQ. The first session is no charge if the fit doesn't feel right to you. Sliding scale is available.
