Practice Description: |
Working in both Clinical and Forensic psychology, I treat diverse client population, delivering targeted Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) Therapies tailored to the needs of the individual client. I specialize in working with children and adults with Mood Disorders (Anxiety, Depression), Personality Disorders (Borderline, Narcissistic, Antisocial), Behavioral Disorders (Oppositionality, Anger), and Sexual Dysfunction. I also treat perpetrators of domestic violence, juvenile and adult sex offenders, and individuals convicted of both violent and non-violent criminal offenses.
In addition, I am also a qualified Psychological Evaluator, conducting thorough diagnostic clarification of psychological symptoms in children, adolescents, and adults. These range from Developmental Disorders (Autism Spectrum, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity), to Substance Use Disorders, Mood Disorders (Bipolar, Obsessive-Compulsive), Personality Disorders, and Sexual Disorders.
In my Forensic Evaluation and assessment work, I conduct forensic evaluations for individuals referred by their attorneys, the Courts, self-referrals, and private, state, and federal agencies. Typical Forensic Evaluations I conduct include: Sex Offender Risk Assessments, Psychosexual, Fitness for Duty (FFD), Competency to Stand Trial, Substance Abuse, Violence Risk Assessment, and Parenting, as well as Pre-Sentence Investigations, and various other forensic assessments.
