Practice Description: |
Embarking on the journey of psychotherapy is a collaborative process, and I am honored when someone chooses me as their therapist. My approach is rooted in depth psychology, a modality often sought by those yearning for a profound understanding of their inner world.
Together, we'll uncover the hidden depths of your psyche, bringing forth aspects of yourself that long to be known. This journey may involve exploring your dreams, engaging in sandplay therapy, or other spontaneous forms of self-discovery. These methods offer a unique pathway to connect with your deeper self, fostering insight and personal growth.
Building a trusting relationship is paramount in therapy, and I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your inner landscape. Throughout our work together, I will journey alongside you, honoring your pace and unique experiences.
Taking the first step towards seeking help can feel overwhelming. Perhaps thoughts of reaching out have lingered for some time, or maybe past experiences have made you hesitant. Just know, I am here to support you whenever you are ready.
Since 2009, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals as a licensed mental health clinician. My extensive training includes Jungian Sandplay Therapy, and since 2018, I have been deeply immersed in Jungian analysis as a trainee at the C.G. Jung Institute of New York.
