Is life is not quite going the way you want it to, or relationship problems or symptoms of depression or anxiety interfering with feeling the joy or the connection you desire? If so, I am here to help. I work with individuals and couples desiring change or help coping with life’s challenges.
If you are ready to make a change and to feel better about your situation, please reach out. I am able to provide non-judgmental guidance in identifying concerns and goals, identifying and changing any unhelpful patterns or behaviors, and encouraging and teaching new strategies and coping to get you where you want to be. We will work to help you feel hopefulness and to move towards and achieve your goals.
By working in a non-judgmental atmosphere and providing new skills and information from over 15 years of experience, research, and professional training and collaboration, we will use proven strategies and models as well as a specialized treatment approach for your specific needs.
We can work together individually or as a couple or family to get you feeling more confident in yourself and reaching your goals.
