I specialize in working with couples and parents and their adult children using Emotionally Focused Therapy, a highly researched and effective approach to helping people get out of their frustrating communication patterns and begin to really connect in ways that allow them to feel closer and more connected. I am also trained to use EMDR and other approaches that are useful for post traumatic growth, panic, and anxiety. I also feel comfortable working with people whose faith is an important part of their personal growth.

| Fee Schedule: |
$190 for a 60-minute couple or family session. $170 for 60" individual therapy. $150 for 45" individual session. Evening hours, when available, incur an extra $20 fee. I offer a limited number of slots at a sliding scale on a case by case basis to accommodate those who would otherwise be unable to afford therapy. |

I accept Health Savings Cards and Flex Spending Account Cards. I do not file with insurance companies; I will be happy to provide all necessary information for clients to file with their insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company to see whether they cover out of network providers. |

From Rt. 30 (Lancaster Avenue) in Wayne/Strafford, turn North onto Strafford Avenue(to the Left headed E toward Phila or to the Right headed west toward Paoli). This small street is beside the Lancaster Farmer's Market. On Strafford Avenue, take the first entrance on the right into the brick business park. Enter the front door of the first building on the right. I am on the third floor, suite 360.
