Practice Description: With a dash of humor and a genuine desire to help others, Cindy Navarrete will create a person-centered, strengths-based approach unique to each person’s life journey. Life can be unpredictable at any stage; providing a safe and nurturing environment can help you and your loved ones create a path to find your inner strengths and promote healing. She enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families to help them make lasting, meaningful connections.

Cindy utilizes a collaborative approach to addressing your needs and providing you with the space to empower yourself. It is difficult to find the time to work on your own needs with the never-ending demands of day-to-day life, Cindy will provide guidance and support through your healing journey at your own time and pace. Your work together will focus on exploring the strengths and vulnerabilities that can help you conquer your past, present, and future challenges.

Cindy Navarrete has a Master of Social Work Degree, with an emphasis in Mental Health and Trauma, from the University of Denver. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Ethnic Studies, from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
