Seeing a therapist can quickly bring relief and a greater sense of well-being. As a licensed psychologist with almost 30 years of experience, I provide individual consultation and therapy to adolescents and adults around a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress management, relationships, self-esteem, grief and loss, life transitions, and other issues. In addition, my past therapeutic work of over 25 years at a local University Counseling Center allows me to provide uniquely specialized private practice care to undergraduate and graduate students.
I can help you hope, heal, grow and lead a happier life while also being part of more satisfying, mutual interpersonal relationships. Together, we will help you concretely cope with your present pain, conflicts, and concerns. In doing so, we will explore and better understand your feelings, thoughts, and interpersonal patterns, as well as the past and familial roots of your current struggles. I believe a combination of these two approaches helps people move forward in their lives.
