| Practice Description: |
I use a Person-Centered, Mindfulness-based approach to work with a variety of age groups in various modalities of treatment; including individual, family, and group therapies. I especially enjoy working with women of all ages with trauma history or issues of self-esteem; and have much experience working with anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders.
I treat individuals and their families from a Holistic perspective; exploring all dimensions of one's well-being such as physical, emotional, financial, social, environmental, occupational, intellectual, and spiritual. I especially work from a strong spiritual perspective, believing that everyone has a unique purpose whether they know it or not.
In addition to more traditional counseling services; I also provide alternative healing services in which I focus more directly on energy/chakra healing and spiritual-based alternatives to more traditional healing and counseling.
