Feeling stuck? Can't focus? I can help you. I’ve worked successfully with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.
It can be challenging to find a therapist who is a good fit. I’d like the chance to meet you to see if we’d work well together. I am genuine, down-to-earth, and prefer an interactive method of working together. I pride myself on my ability to create a warm and safe environment, where thoughts and feelings can be discussed openly and honestly.
Therapy consists of examining patterns in your life that are blocking you from feeling more fulfilled. Sometimes we’ll look at how relationships with family and significant others have affected you. You may feel stuck because you continue to repeat some type of pattern (emotional, relational, or behavioral) that you learned at an earlier point in life. Through a collaborative relationship, we can look at what feelings and behavior seem like relics from the past that no longer fit and figure out what makes sense for the future. I work practically with people and customize the work to what each person needs.
