At times, life can bring about challenging events and emotional distress that can be difficult to process. These events can leave us feeling stuck and can stir about emotional charged events from the past. I like to offer a space to explore the events and how they are impacting your life. In session, I bring a gentle curiosity to help uncover and process events to bring you into balance and deepen your relationship with yourself. When we deepen the relationship with ourselves we can have a deeper, more meaningful connection with our world and the people within it.
