I combine a wealth of experience with a refreshing style of engagement and understanding. With expertise in Family Counseling, Childhood and Adolescent Issues, Pre-Marital and Marital Issues, Women’s Issues, and trauma, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to my counseling approach. Clients uniformly comment that I offer a steadying influence during a crisis and help them make long-term changes toward a healthier and more productive life.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling/Therapy with a Child and Adolescent Certificate from the University of Northern Colorado. My passion and expertise as well as life experience have developed within me a heart for those who are hurting and a desire to help people achieve their optimal life.
Born in Chihuahua, Mexico, I am fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows me to bring a multicultural approach to my counseling. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children.

Our South East Fort Collins counseling office is located on Harmony Road directly across from the Council Tree Shopping Center. The office address is 2809 East Harmony Road, Suite #330 Fort Collins, CO 80528. Our office is on the third floor of the Preston building. We also have additional counseling offices located in Loveland and Windsor.

I offer flexible daytime, evening, and weekend appointments to accomodate your busy schedule. My primary counseling office is located in Loveland at the intersection of I-25 and Highway 34 with additional Northern Colorado counseling offices located in Fort Collins and Windsor.
