I am an experienced, caring therapist who focuses on empowerment and personal growth while recognizing each client's individual uniqueness. I offer a safe place to begin the process of self-discovery and inner trust.
I tailor the method and length of therapy to meet your individual needs and personal goals. We will work together to inspire positive change while fostering more intimacy in your personal relationships. I am a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist and specialize in working with couples in addition to being trained in EMDR. For those of you in my area, I will be introducing "Walk and Talk" therapy. Seeking therapy is a brave first step and I look forward to hearing from you.
