“My focus is on the problem(s) YOU identify that need work. We'll talk about the obstacles to reaching your goal and then discuss ways to move beyond these blockages. A large percent of our sessions will address the trials and errors you find along the way toward the improvements you want to reach.
Our work will define your strong points and your blind spots. We will talk about how to apply your best points as well as what you may be missing. I offer compassion and realistic validation as you move through your difficulty and fine tune self-understanding and more effective ways to reach your goals in relating to yourself and others.
Anyone who wants to change, can! You will have my encouragement to know your truth, and respectful awareness of the inner pain you feel and may fear. Sessions are 80 minutes of time (One Hour and 20 minutes) in order to reach and clarify the depth and complexity of the situation you'd like to nudge onto a new road!

$210. per 90 minute (One Hour and Thirty minutes) session.
I offer longer than the traditional 45-50 minute time length sessions in order to develop depth and complexity, creative and useful applications in your matter.
Our more detailed work requires a longer time interval between sessions for you to absorb and apply the outcomes of our discussion. As a result, we typically meet every other or every third week, not weekly.
You'll save money from our session frequency interval, AND have a richer, more nuanced understanding of your matter because of our 90 minute session! |

Fee is paid at the conclusion of each session.
Payment method is with check.
If you'd like, after our session I'll write an invoice with insurance codes for your record keeping or claims submission to your health insurance company. |
