I have extreme passion and enthusiasm for guiding clients through the journey of finding comfort, balance, and happiness in life.
I received my doctorate degree from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Diego. Areas of focus include: Trauma/Abuse/PTSD, Eating Disorders, and Borderline personality disorder. I am also fluent in American Sign Language and have a wealth of knowledge regarding the Deaf and CODA cultures. Areas of specialty include: Substance Use/Chemical Dependency, Mindfulness and Meditation, Relationships and Communication, Depression, and Anxiety.
In 2016, I became a Homeopathy and Flower Essence practitioner. These methods of healing work beautifully in combination with therapy or as the sole source of healing. They are natural, non-toxic, no side-effects, and non-addictive!
