My job is to create a counseling environment in which you will feel safe expressing all of your thoughts, feelings, memories, hopes and fears. I will help to build a therapeutic relationship that is respectful of your struggles, while being non-judgmental and completely confidential. It is within this therapeutic partnership that psychological growth and positive change can occur. You should expect to discover your own truths, find a fresh perspective on your issues, and achieve some resolution for your struggles.
I have extensive clinical experience in goal-oriented brief treatment, insight-oriented maturational treatment, and everything in between.
