Substance Use Services
Substance Use Services
AllHealth Network is a hidden gem for treatment of addiction among adolescents and adults. All locations have staff trained to work with individuals who need treatment for alcohol or drugs, such as marijuana, cocaine, prescription drugs or heroin. Individual, group and family therapy is available to all of our clients as needed.
“When a child is battling addiction, he’s just a problem kid, and people wonder what the parents did wrong.” Shatterproof CEO Gary Mendell’s advice: tell your child how proud you are of them for fighting this illness.
Substance Use Treatment
Treatment incorporates a variety of therapeutic activities and interventions, each of which has been selected for its effectiveness at helping helping individuals achieve both short- and long-term recovery-related goals. We offer outpatient treatment, extended outpatient (EOP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) services.
AllHealth Network provides an integrated systems of care for individuals. Our goal is to offer connected care that is welcoming, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally competent in order to most effectively meet the needs of individuals and families with multiple co-occurring conditions to help them to make progress to achieve the happiest, most hopeful, and productive lives they possibly can.
Services are available Monday through Saturday, including in the evenings.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP):
For individuals who need services more than once a week, we have an Intensive Outpatient Program for adults in Littleton and Castle Rock. IOP is covered by Medicaid and most insurance plans. IOP includes:
- Group treatment for a minimum of 9 hours per week coupled with individual treatment planning.
- The program starts with a Core Recovery group, which is a place where clients learn essentials about living with addiction, including how the brain and the body are responding, how genetics and environment are involved, how trauma and attachment are linked to addiction and the many roads to recovery.
- Family involvement in the treatment progress is encouraged.
- Clients are able to create a treatment schedule that works for their needs. The schedule is flexible and can be changed as they move through their recovery journey.
Medication Assisted Treatment
For individuals coping with opioid addiction, we have multiple treatment practitioners who are SAMHSA approved to prescribe Suboxone® and Vivitrol®.

Naloxone Kits
We have Naloxone kits on-site at each of our locations.
Co-Occurring Treatment Philosophy
Substance use disorders, including addiction, regularly occur alongside other mental illnesses. Sometimes substance use symptoms can look like mental health. Sometimes depression and anxiety can look like substance use. Because of these possibilities, it is important for diagnosis and treatment to be flexible.
We believe that treatment of mental health, substance use, and often trauma, requires co-occurring treatment as a key to recovery. If conditions change and it becomes apparent that there is more to consider than substance use alone, the treatment program should be able to adjust accordingly. And that’s exactly what we do.
Highly Qualified Providers
Our incredible, dedicated team of highly-trained counselors are dually-credentialed in both mental health licensure (i.e., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and certified in addictions (i.e., CAC, LAC). Our addiction team is trained in Motivational Interviewing —a client-driven treatment approach. Clinicians also use evidence-based practices such as EMDR, DBT, the Daring Way™, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. The IOP program also has a therapy dog named Belle on site for some groups.
