Most everyone reaches a point in their lives where they need some help, someone to talk to, or another perspective. It can be hard to see what we could do different when we're in the middle of crisis, panic or grief. Difficult and emotional life situations are a lot to handle, so you don't have to do it alone.
I want to create a safe and warm space for you to be able to open up and process what you are going through. I will do all I can to make you feel heard, valued, accepted and empowered. I will invite you to act on the things we talk about sessions, so that the things we work on have a bigger and much more lasting impact than just taking up 1 hour of your week. I want to help you receive healing, and strength to keep going and thrive.
Through ACT, motivational interviewing and solution-focused practices, I will explore your values with you and help you determine how you want to live a meaningful life. Strengths-based and EFT approaches will allow us to better understand emotions and how you function at your best. I don't want to just tell you what to do, I want to explore with you the path that will lead toward your best, most fulfilling life.
