I am a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 18 years of experience in this field. I provide telemental health services through a modern counseling practice focusing on individuals, families, and groups to manage unwanted symptoms brought on by life’s challenges. Fresh perspectives meld with research-based theories to enable clients to decrease feelings of overwhelm and express feelings they are experiencing.
