Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology, with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree with a major in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. 
  
In addition to traditional therapeutic techniques, she utilizes play, art, sand tray, and music therapy to facilitate exploration of feelings, attitudes, and experiences that lead to personal understanding, change, and healing.
