Philosophy:  I view persons and presenting issues from a Systems perspective. It’s a well-known fact that Humans are naturally social creatures. We are hardwired to cooperate and compete. In my experience, issues that typically motivate a person to seek counseling assistance are almost always related to their relationship with others, in some context.  Problematic or stressful issues can occur across multiple levels of engagement with others to include relationship as a couple, as a family, in social or organizational/workplace environments.

​Experience: Over the past 20 years I have enjoyed assisting people to identify what they want to be different in their relationships and achieve their goals.  I have worked with people seeking help in multiple settings such as government agency, private practice, contract work with Active Duty Military members and families, and a nonprofit agency.

Personal: I am an Idaho native, originally from South East Idaho area.  I enjoy hiking, really good coffee, really good chocolate, going to the gym, and spending time with my dogs, friends, and family.
